Job summary

A physically active role in a fabrication shop requires attention to detail and teamwork. The candidate should have experience in aluminum fabrication, be proficient with common fabrication tools, and comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in aluminum fabrication or metalworking.
• Able to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient with fabrication tools such as saws, grinders, welders, and drills.
• Welding on aluminum preferred (TIG welding experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Cut, shape, and assemble aluminum components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Perform welding, fitting, and finishing tasks on aluminum parts as required.
• Inspect fabricated parts for quality and adherence to standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
