Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an assembler for boat production to join the team in the manufacturing process. The role focuses on assembling and installing various boat components using adhesives, fasteners, and wiring harnesses as part of the production flow.

The position requires basic mechanical skills, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and the stamina to perform light to moderate lifting and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to use hand tools, air tools, cordless drills.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Builds and installs locks, hinges, rub rails, carpet, trim and other boat components.
• Moves boats through the production line with assistance.
• Performs maintenance and general housekeeping.
• Installs wiring harnesses.
• Other duties as assigned.
