Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Upholstery Assembler to attach vinyl covers and carpet to production and warranty components and secure them in place. The role involves using stretching, pulling, and shaping techniques across various sub-assemblies.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong attention to detail and physical capability to handle daily lifting and repetitive tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Installs components on to sub-straights using various stretching, pulling and shaping techniques.
• Completes work and inspects finished product for quality.
• Performs various manual assembly operations such as trimming, hinge installation, and foam gluing.
• Identifies components for each task.
• Operates and performs daily cleaning and maintenance on various assembly machines such as snap, hydem machine, screw guns, drills and staple guns.
• Identifies direction of nap of carpet.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
