Job summary

Fluid Motion, LLC, a premier boat manufacturer and parent of Ranger Tugs and Cutwater Boats, is hiring a Fiberglass Repair technician to inspect, repair, and restore fiberglass hulls and components. The role includes repairing decks, molds, and parts using resins, fillers, and finishing techniques.

The position supports a 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM shift, Monday through Friday, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience performing fiberglass repair on boat hulls and components.
• Ability to read and follow repair specifications and safety rules.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and restore fiberglass hulls, decks, molds, and finished boat parts.
• Smooth edges, paint, sand, and buff surfaces while masking surrounding areas.
• Mix polyester resin and hardener, apply to repair area, and build up layers as specified.
• Follow all safety rules and report workplace injuries or near misses.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
