Bass Cat & Yar-Craft Boats is seeking hardworking individuals for fiberglass layup on hulls and decks. The role involves rolling layers of fiberglass resin with a gun, applying reinforcement pieces, and light sanding. Candidates must pass a respirator fit test and safety procedures.

This is a first shift position (6:00 am–2:30 pm) in a safety-sensitive environment. Qualified applicants will be asked to submit to drug testing and respirator evaluation.

Qualifications

• Respirator fit test and respirator use are required.
• Candidate must be able to read and follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to work with fiberglass materials and hand tools in a production setting.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train within the department.

Responsabilités

• Roll layers of fiberglass and resin to hulls and decks using rollers, brushes, and a fiberglass gun.
• Insert metal reinforcement pieces and perform light sanding and grinding as needed.
• Identify hulls and decks to laminate and ensure quality standards.
• Work with a team to complete daily tasks and follow supervisor instructions.
