Job summary

Freedom Boat Club in Seattle is seeking a full-time Member Services clerical team member. The role involves answering calls and emails, managing reservations, and supporting club members across Puget Sound locations. You will handle front-office tasks, data entry, reporting, and member communications in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member calls and emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate dock/department.
• Assist with the maintenance of the reservation system (front and back end) among other proprietary and ancillary systems.
• Compile data and prepare reports, as well as other various emergent tasks.
• Assist members and staff with all reservation system questions, questions regarding club policy, and general tech help.
