Job summary

Evotti Marine is seeking a Boat Assembly Technician to join the 1st shift team. You will assemble, install, and inspect electrical, mechanical, and structural boat components while reading blueprints and wiring diagrams to ensure quality craftsmanship.

You will operate hand and power tools in a safe factory setting, troubleshoot issues, and support multiple boat models. A high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in manufacturing are required with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and inspect boat components such as electrical systems, furniture, hardware, and mechanical parts according to job travelers and build specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and correct assembly or fitment issues during production or final inspection.
• Move between workstations and assist with multiple boat models as production needs require.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Meet or exceed daily production targets while maintaining attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
