Responsibilities

• Repair of circuit boards and assist in design/build of jigs.
• Communicate repair timelines to customers and manage workloads.
• Develop board repair operational procedures (anti-static policies, workstation presentation, cleaning, etc.).
• Log boards, enter work tickets, and process sales orders for shipments.
