Job summary

Sunward is seeking an Enterprise Risk Specialist to turn risk data into decision-ready reporting and build scalable analytical infrastructure. You will develop KRIs/KPIs, draft ROC/Board materials, and support RCSA and model risk oversight.

Collaboration with Compliance, Fraud, Finance, and business units will be essential to source data and validate results. The role requires 2–4 years in risk or analytics, a bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/data skills.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of risk management or related analytical experience.
• Experience producing analytical reporting, dashboards, or metrics for management audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, data analytics, risk management, or related field.
• Knowledge of COSO ERM and risk reporting frameworks is a plus.
• Strong data and analytical tool skills including advanced Excel and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develops, monitors, and reports KRIs and KPIs aligned with risk appetite and regulatory expectations.
• Designs dashboards and reporting views showing risk indicators against appetite for ROC and the board.
• Supports ROC/Board reporting, risk dashboards, and materials for risk reviews.
• Maintains risk registers and supports RCSA program development and pilots.
• Assists with model risk oversight and coordination of validation activities.
• Supports regulatory examinations and audits with data and documentation.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities across enterprise risk programs.
