Qualifications

• One year radio control room or producing experience.
• Proven audio editing skills.
• Familiar with Wheatstone, NewsBoss, and Zeta.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FCC rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead in hiring all board operators.
• Schedule board ops on across all stations and shifts.
• Oversee and assign training for board ops on all stations and shifts.
• Serve as team lead and regularly communicate with team and provide performance feedback.
• Assist with Zeta and station logs.
