Responsibilities

  • Maintain President/VP calendars, handle correspondence, and greet visitors.
  • Prepare expense reports using Nexonia and track key activities for board reviews.
  • Support Vice President logistics, communications, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate governance materials, board communications, and meeting logistics.
  • Administer the board portal and manage trustee records.
  • Attend trustee meetings and document minutes; assist with logistics for events.
