Westford Veterinary Emergency and Referral Center is seeking a board-certified Veterinary Surgeon to join our 24/7 emergency and referral hospital in Westford, MA. As a Veterinary Surgeon with Westford, you will have the opportunity to perform complex surgical procedures including orthopedic, thoracic, abdominal, and emergency surgeries all while working in a high-level referral hospital environment managing challenging and rewarding cases.

Position Highlights

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary: $280,000-$300,000 (based on experience)

Requirements

• DVM or equivalent
• Board-certified or residency-trained in small animal surgery (ACVS)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate virtually.
• Ability to obtain veterinary licensure in Massachusetts
• Prior experience in emergency/referral or specialty hospital settings preferred
• Experience with quality assurance, training, or mentoring veterinary staff preferred
