Job summary

Community Health Centers of the Central Coast, Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Physician – OB/GYN to join the Medical Administration team in California.

Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, you will provide comprehensive primary care, manage patient populations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services. The role requires completion of an MD or DO, board eligibility or certification, and the ability to work within HIPAA and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN or Pediatrics.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible; licensed in California.

Responsibilities

• Take medical histories and document findings.
• Perform physical exams and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide routine and urgent medical care; administer treatments and vaccines.
• Adhere to medical ethics and ensure quality of care.
• Share on-call duties with peers as needed.
• Refer to specialists when required.
• Document visits and coordinate follow-up care.
