Job summary

Community Health Centers of the Central Coast, Inc. seeks a Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services under the Chief Medical Officer, with independent responsibility for clinical results.

MD or DO required with residency in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, or Pediatrics; board certification or eligibility; CA license. Spanish language skills desirable. Exempt, on-site position with competitive bi-weekly wages.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with residency in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN or Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility required.
• Current California medical license or eligible to obtain one.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Secures and evaluates patient health history and records findings accurately.
• Performs physical examinations and routine diagnostic services.
• Adheres to medical ethics and ensures quality of care.
• Shares on-call duties with other medical staff.
• Supervises nurse practitioner as required by supervision plan.
