Job summary

Summa Health is seeking a board certified/eligible OB/GYN to join our team in Akron, Ohio. The selected candidate will become a member of Summa Health Medical Group, a large multi-specialty group employed by Summa Health System.

The Women’s Center on the Akron Campus delivers 5,000+ deliveries annually with a Level III NICU and supports residents with teaching opportunities. Academic appointment at Northeast Ohio Medical University may be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Unrestricted Ohio Licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to work in Akron and surrounding communities.
• Must be comfortable teaching and working with residents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to quality care in a patient centered, team-based environment.
