Job summary

Summa Health in Akron, Ohio seeks a board-certified/eligible OB/GYN to join Summa Health Medical Group, with an academic appointment at Northeast Ohio Medical University. You will provide comprehensive women's health care at the Women's Center on Akron Campus and collaborate with a large team.

Teaching residents, a Level III NICU, and an Epic EMR system support a patient-centered, team-based environment. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Unrestricted Ohio Licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to work in Akron and surrounding communities.
• Must be comfortable teaching and working with residents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to quality care in a patient centered, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN clinical care within Summa Health Medical Group.
• Collaborate with Level III NICU team at Akron Children's NICU.
• Teach and supervise residents.
• Work at Akron Women's Center and surrounding facilities.
• Use Epic EMR system for documentation.
