Job summary

RieLes Group seeks Board Certified Interventional Radiology Physicians to provide on-site IR services and on-call coverage at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center in the Bronx, NY.

The role includes direct patient care, IR procedures, referrals, documentation, and emergencies per VA requirements and ACR guidelines. Candidates must be ABR-certified/eligible, hold US medical licensure, and maintain certification.

Qualifications

• ABR Board Certified or Board Eligible required by the American Board of Radiology.
• Must hold a current, full, and unrestricted medical license in the United States.
• Maintaining ABR maintenance of certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site Interventional Radiology physician services to VA beneficiaries.
• Perform and manage a broad range of IR procedures.
• Evaluate patients and determine appropriate IR treatment plans.
• Consult with referring physicians regarding indications for IR procedures.
• Document test results and communicate recommendations.
• Provide after-hours, weekend, holiday, and emergency on-call coverage.
