Job summary

Merakey is seeking a BCBA for our Dearborn ABA Center. This on-site, flexible role supports a small caseload of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, with 15+ hours per week and you choose days and times.

You will conduct ABA assessments, treatment planning, and case supervision within a structured clinical setting. You will supervise RBTs and provide parent training, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required for qualified BCBA practice.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active Michigan licensure as a Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA assessment, treatment planning and supervision within a clinical setting.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver consultations as needed.
