Job summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking a compassionate and experienced BCBA to join our team in Maryland. You will deliver ABA therapy to children with autism and their families in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments and data analysis to inform decisions, supervising Behavior Technicians, and providing in-person supervision when another BCBA oversees the caseload. Flexible evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in ABA or related field required
  • BCBA certification required
  • 1+ years of experience working with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ABA principles
  • Strong assessment and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
