Able Minds ABA is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Maryland as a BCBA, you will be instrumental in helping us deliver top-tier ABA therapy to children with autism and their families. Responsibilities:
Provide ABA therapy to children with autism and their families in a home-based setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with parents and other professionals
Conduct assessments, program evaluations, and data analysis to inform treatment decisions
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) to ensure high-quality services
NO CASELOADS- Offering in-person supervision for clients while they have another BCBA overseeing the caseload.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
1+ years of experience working with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ABA principles
Strong assessment and intervention skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
Additional Information:
Competitive hourly rate: $100 - $115
