As a BCBA, you will provide evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and develop individualized treatment plans while maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports.

Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Behavior Technicians, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and thorough records of client data, treatment plans, and progress reports
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to stay current on best practices and industry developments
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or Certified Associate Behavioral Analyst (CABA)
At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism and/or intellectual disabilities
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methods, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Competitive hourly rate of $105-$120
