Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Romney, WV team with flexible scheduling and no caseload.

As a BCBA, you will provide evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and develop individualized treatment plans while maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field required.
• BCBA or CABA certification required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism and/or intellectual disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methods, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism using evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals (Behavior Technicians, OTs, SLPs).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring; adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client data, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Behavior Technicians, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client data, treatment plans, and progress reports

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to stay current on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:
