Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or Certified Associate Behavioral Analyst (CABA).
• At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism and/or intellectual disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methods, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Behavior Technicians, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client data, treatment plans, and progress reports.
