Job summary

Dr Hill Educational Services is hiring a BCBA supervisor to provide direct behavior-analytic treatment for clients with autism spectrum disorders in a clinic-based setting, with opportunities to generalize skills at homes and in the community.

You will supervise a team of behavior technicians, conduct FBAs, create BIPs, and review cases while documenting supervision sessions and providing family support and training.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Full-time availability: 35–40 hours/week.
• Clinic-based setting with opportunities for generalization to homes and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision to clients with ASD and related neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Supervise a team of behavior technicians (RBTs/BTs).
• Provide and facilitate family support and training.
• Conduct supervision sessions and case reviews.
• Document supervision activities.
• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
