Job summary

Dr Hill Educational Services seeks a BCBA-led supervisor to guide clinic-based ABA treatment for clients with ASD, while expanding supervision to a team of behavior technicians and fostering family training.

You will conduct FBAs and develop BIPs, document supervision sessions, and participate in case reviews to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a board-certified behavior analyst in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision to clients with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders primarily in a clinic-based setting with opportunities for generalization in homes and community settings
• Providing supervision to a team of behavior technicians
