Brighter Steps ABA in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs to ensure client success.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

• Pay Range: $90 - $100/hour
• Full-Time: 36 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: New Jersey

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
