Brighter Steps ABA is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in New Jersey. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
