Job summary

Springboard ABA in Beebe, AR is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-home team. You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to support each child’s progress.

This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for part-time options, CEU development, and health benefits for eligible staff. Remote documentation is possible, with a hybrid in-home service model aimed at family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification (required).
• Experience in ABA therapy; clinical leadership a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs delivering ABA services.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Collaborate with families to support progress and generalization of skills.
• Ensure documentation and services meet clinical and compliance standards.

• $85,000 - $95,000 per year (based on experience and caseload)
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
