Autism Care Therapy is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in the United States, Illinois. This part-time role involves leading and implementing behavior analysis principles, mentoring BCaBA and RBTs, and developing treatment plans. Candidates should hold a Master's Degree and BCBA License/Certificate. ACT promotes compassionate care and encourages innovation among its employees. Formación

• Must hold a Master's Degree and BCBA License/Certificate.
• Requires reliable transportation and the ability to travel.
• Preferably fluent in Spanish, but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and implement behavior analyst principles.
• Mentor and train BCaBA and RBTs in providing high-quality care.
• Create treatment plans based on ABC data and assessments.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans with training available.
• Review and audit clinical notes.

• Lead, develop, and implement applying behavior analyst principles
• Mentor, coach, train, and aid BCaBA and RBTs in providing high-quality care
• Aid in the development of instructional materials
• Able to create treatment plans and recommendations-based ABC data, FBA, and on initial assessment observations (training available when needed).
• Writing a Behavior Intervention Plan based on modifying antecedents and consequences (templates and training available).
• Able to review and audit clinical notes.

• Language – Prefer Spanish, but not required
