Job summary

Kids Therapy Tower LLC is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services for children and individuals with developmental disabilities. The role focuses on assessments, treatment planning, data-driven progress monitoring, and collaboration with families and professionals to improve quality of life.

The successful candidate will supervise RBTs, develop individualized plans, ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation, and provide parent training.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA or BCaBA certification and be able to provide evidence of certification.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Experience supervising RBTs and conducting competency assessments.
• Proficient data collection and progress monitoring.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and medical documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and complete competency assessments for supervisees.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to guide individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based ABA interventions.

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective behavioral interventions, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and other professionals to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

MUST BE A CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST

Responsibilities:

• Supervise RBT's work. and complete competency assessments for the supervisees.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in intake processes for new clients, ensuring all relevant medical records and terminology are accurately documented.

Skills

• Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies.

• Strong skills in data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions.
• Knowledge of special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities.
