Job summary

Springboard ABA in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home ABA services and supervise RBTs.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation:

• $85,000 – $95,000 per year (based on experience and caseload)

• Performance-based bonus opportunities
