Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) toJoin our on-site ABA Center in Baton Rouge, LA. The role offers a full-time schedule with a caseload of children aged 2–21 and Monday–Friday hours (8am–4pm).

You will supervise behavioral technicians, conduct assessments, train parents, and develop individualized treatment plans to help children succeed in outcomes. Merakey emphasizes comprehensive benefits and professional growth in a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• BCBA eligibility or current BCBA certification with Louisiana licensure.

Salary: up to $90,000

POSITION DETAILS

In this position, you will have a direct impact on enhancing a child's ability to succeed. The BCBA will provide support to our center-based ABA program. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• This is a full-time, on-site position based at our ABA Center in Baton Rouge
• Support a caseload an average of 8 - 12 children diagnosed with autism between the ages of 2 and 21.
• Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
• Supervising the behavioral technician implementation of programming
• Completing assessments
• Parent training
• Client specific program development
• Other miscellaneous duties assigned

• Louisiana BCBA Licensure
