Job summary

Merakey is seeking a strong BCBA to oversee and support the ABA program as a Clinical Supervisor in a clinic setting.

The role requires proven clinical knowledge and experience in treatment and documentation for individuals with severe behavioral health needs. Schedule is Monday–Friday with a flexible, in-clinic arrangement; compensation up to $95,000/year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BCBA board certification and MI state licensure as a BCBA.
• 3–5 years of experience in autism; minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical supervision and oversight to designated programs.
• Completes and supports staff in clinical assessments.
• Monitors and reviews program processes and incident reports.
• Documents monitoring and supervision; coordinates with the Director.
• Provides clinical support to BCBAs/BTs.
• Assists with internal/external audits preparation.
• Acts as back-up to Director when supervisory staff are absent.
• Reviews designated program procedures and SOP manuals.
• Conducts trainings and follow-ups with staff.
• Monitors clinical documentation integrity and service quality.
• Maintains a billable caseload.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

Merakey is looking for a strong BCBA to assist in the oversight and support of the ABA program as a Clinical Supervisor. This individual must possess proven strong clinical knowledge and experience in treatment and documentation to persons with severe and persistent behavioral health or mental health needs. Also, demonstrate the ability to provide clinical supervision that improves measurable quality, care, and compliance outcomes.

Schedule: This position offers a flexible schedule Monday-Friday, in-clinic setting.

Compensation: Up to $95,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Completes and supports staff in completion of necessary clinical assessment
• Provides clinical supervision and oversight to all designated programs, to including but not limited to
  • Providing clinical supervision and consultation to staff of designated programs.
  • Monitoring and review of program processes and review and follow up of incident reports
  • Documents all monitoring and supervision, and provides ongoing review with Director
• Provides clinical support and supervision to the BCBAs/BTs
• Assists programs with preparation of routine internal/external audits.
• Assists as back up to Director if a program supervisory staff is absent/vacant.
• Assists with review and completion of designated program procedures and standard operating process manuals
• Conducts assigned trainings and follow up and with staff
• Monitors and evaluates clinical integrity of clinical documentation and service
• Maintain a billable caseload
• Other duties as assigned
