Job summary

Merakey in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our center-based ABA program. This PRN, on-site role handles a caseload of children with autism aged 2–21, with flexible hours between 8am and 4pm and supervision of technicians.

The position offers compensation up to $50 per hour with at least 15 billable hours per week, and benefits are provided. Master’s in ABA or BCBA credentials are required, along with Louisiana licensure.

POSITION DETAILS

In this position, you will have a direct impact on enhancing a child's ability to succeed. The BCBA will provide support to our center-based ABA program. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• This is a PRN, on-site position based at our ABA Center in Baton Rouge
• Support a caseload an average of 8 - 12 children diagnosed with autism between the ages of 2 and 21.
• Flexible schedule between 8am and 4pm
• Supervising the behavioral technician implementation of programming
• Completing assessments
• Parent training
• Client specific program development
• Other miscellaneous duties assigned
