Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health is seeking a BCBA to develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure skill generalization. Hybrid in-home and clinic-based work with leadership opportunities is available.

The role includes supervision, data analysis, and ongoing professional growth within a clinician-owned organization that values flexibility and outcomes for children and families we serve.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Michigan state license or eligibility to obtain.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on client progress.
• Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills.
• Analyze data and ensure high-quality care that aligns with best clinical practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with insurance and ethical guidelines.
