Our Company

Overview

Provide behavioral and therapeutic support services to consumers. This includes assessment, evaluation, training and education, program planning, support services, and clinical services to consumers, families, and/or staff. Responsibilities include conducting behavioral evaluations, liaising for psychiatric supports, participating in assessments, developing and monitoring behavioral intervention plans, meeting with consumers and families, responding to emergencies, preparing reports, maintaining caseload files, and collaborating as part of multidisciplinary teams. Staff training on implemented programs is also required.

Qualifications
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
  • Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming with behavioral interventions.
  • Ability to review and interpret technical information, write technical materials, and communicate persuasively.
  • Knowledge of age-appropriate activities/behaviors, CPT codes, payor rules, and research-based treatment modalities.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other physical activities.
External Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Develop and refine Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessments.
  • Design and implement evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to individual needs.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
  • Use ABA techniques to improve social, communication, academic, and daily living skills.
  • Reduce maladaptive behaviors and promote positive changes.
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate intervention effectiveness.
  • Maintain detailed records and prepare progress reports.
  • Educate and support parents and caregivers in behavioral strategies.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure cohesive treatment approaches.
  • Participate in team meetings and share insights for optimal care.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff, providing training and feedback.
  • Conduct performance reviews and facilitate professional development.
  • Engage with community resources to support client integration.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines, standards, and regulations.
  • Stay updated with developments in behavior analysis and autism treatment.
  • Manage crisis situations effectively with de-escalation techniques.
  • Complete clinical documentation within SpringHealth’s EHR system.
  • Assist in developing staff training materials and ensure program compliance.
  • Pursue ongoing education in behavior interventions and techniques.
  • Complete monthly and quarterly progress notes.
