Job summary

Sunny Days is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA services for children on the autism spectrum. The role is hourly, part-time, with a flexible schedule and the potential for weekend hours.

You will supervise therapists, design and review curriculum and behavior plans, analyze data, and communicate with families and the team to drive progress. Competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Experience working with children with autism and their families.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Energetic, animated and outgoing with a passion for helping children.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and review/update regularly.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Clinically review reports and session notes regularly.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for supervised clients.
• Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers and the team.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain case quality.
• Suggest integration of individualized goals into family routines.
• Provide parent and staff training.
