Job summary

Sunny Days of California is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA services. The role emphasizes direct and indirect supervision of behavioral therapists, with the prime hours on weekdays, and potential weekend shifts in the afternoon.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Experience working with children with autism and their families.
• Excellent organizational skills and great attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and review regularly.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Review reports and session notes on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases.
• Offer parent and staff training.

Job Description

Provide directindirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapistsDesign ABA curriculum plans review and update on a regular basisDesign behavior intervention plansClinically review reports and session notes on a regular basisAnalyze ABA data and implement data driven program changesWrite reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervisedCommunication regularly with parents caregivers and the teamCoordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of casesOffer suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into familys daily routineProvide parent and staff training
