Job summary

Sunny Days is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home services for children on the autism spectrum in California. Prime hours are Monday through Friday with weekend availability from 12pm or 2pm to 6pm.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; Sunny Days was founded by women and is dedicated to increasing representation in the field. The BCBA will supervise therapists, design curriculum and behavior plans, review reports, and communicate with families and the team to drive

Qualifications

• BCBA certification through the BACB is required.
• Experience working with children with autism and their families.
• Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail.
• Energetic, animated and outgoing with a passion for helping children reach potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and review/update regularly.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Clinically review reports and session notes.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven changes.
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for supervised clients.

We are currently hiring a part time Board Certified Behavior Analysts BCBA to provide in home services to children on the autism spectrum. The prime time hours are Monday through Friday and possible weekends from 12pm or 2pm to 6pm. Bilingual in Spanish and late afternoon availability is a PLUS. Job Description

• Provide directindirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists
• Design ABA curriculum plans review and update on a regular basis
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data driven program changes
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
• Communication regularly with parents caregivers and the team
• Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases
• Offer suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into family’s daily routine
• Provide parent and staff training
