Succeed ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral services for individuals with ASD in a clinical setting.

The successful candidate will oversee a caseload, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and mentor staff while collaborating with other professionals. This in-person role offers a supportive environment and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with individuals with ASD.
• Experience in a clinical setting.

Responsabilités

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Succeed ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Job Summary

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of clients and providing one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and conducting behavioral skills training for parents and caregivers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with individuals with ASD.

Key Responsibilities
