Succeed ABA is seeking a motivated BCBA to oversee a caseload, provide one-on-one behavioral therapy, and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with ASD. You will conduct assessments and implement ABA interventions in a clinical setting.

The role includes supervising behavior technicians, mentoring staff, collaborating with speech and occupational therapists, and delivering in-person services with a focus on data-driven outcomes and family coaching.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Strong background in ABA and clinical setting experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Succeed ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Job Summary

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of clients and providing one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and conducting behavioral skills training for parents and caregivers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with individuals with ASD.
