Job summary

Zoi and Mind Clinics in Indio, CA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team. The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise mid-level staff, and provide parent training.

Ideal candidates hold BCBA, Spanish bilingual, master's degree, and at least 1 year of clinical supervision; strong report writing and driving a vehicle with insurance are expected.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Background clearance and TB clearance required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical supervision experience in-home setting.

Zoi and Mind Clinics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting FBAs, developing individualized treatment plans, Supervising mid-tier Case Managers and Behavior Technicians.

Position Title: (BCBA)

Location: Indio, CA

Position type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Full Time: Hourly: $75.00 -$90.00

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passionate about working with children and families
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Ability to pass a background clearance
• TB clearance
• Excellent knowledge in report writing
• Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Minimum of 1 years of experience of Clinical Supervision (in-home setting)
