Job summary

Zoi and Mind Clinics is seeking ABA Therapists to provide 1:1 ABA services in clients’ homes and in community settings. You will work under a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA, helping children change behaviors and learn new skills.

The role requires bilingual Spanish, a High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred), 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, negative TB test, background check, reliable transportation, and availability Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required to communicate with clients and families.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience caring for individuals with developmental disabilities or similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in the client’s home and in community settings.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans provided by Supervisors/BCBAs.
• Collect data and write session notes to track progress.

Zoi and Mind Clinics is hiring ABA Therapists -Behavior Interventionists committed to providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to individuals with developmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder. Services are provided in the client's home and in the community. As a Behavior technician, you will be working in the child's home, with a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA, helping the child change behaviors and learn new skills.

• - Pay Range: based on degrees, certificates, experience, and languages spoken: $21- $25
• - Job/Case Location: Rancho Cucamonga, Chino, Upland, San Bernardino, Highland, Colton, Rialto, Fontana, Bloomington, Redlands, Loma Linda, Moreno Valley, Riverside, Jurupa Valley, and surrounding cities
• - Available schedule: Afternoons, M-F: between 2pm - 8pm (Weekends are optional)
• - Office locations: Fontana, CA/ Indio, CA/ Glendale, CA

REQUIREMENTS

• Negative TB test
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Clear criminal background
• Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
• Available Monday – Friday, in the afternoons/ evenings
• 6 months to 1 year of experience providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Basic knowledge of internet and technology (smart phone, tablet)
