Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB (required)
• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of post-certification experience preferred (newer BCBAs with strong supervision background encouraged to apply)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct supervision to RBTs and Case Supervisors, including training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure generalization and maintenance of skills.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and make data-driven adjustments.
• Maintain detailed, timely documentation for insurance authorizations and compliance.
• Always uphold BACB ethical standards and company policies.

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Riverside, CA. In this role, you’ll lead assessment, program development, and supervision efforts while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

Flexible Compensation Options: Starting at $45 per hour (or equivalent salary for full-time), based on experience and preference for full-time or part-time work.

Key Responsibilities
