Job summary

Zoi and Mind Clinics is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Indio, CA. The BCBA will lead in-home and center-based work, oversee junior staff, and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism.

Strong ABA background and Spanish bilingualism are essential. The role includes conducting FBAs, report writing, parent training, and field training for therapists, with opportunities for team collaboration and quality assurance.

• Master's degree in Psychology or in related fields.

• Ability to pass a background clearance.
• TB clearance.

Zoi and Mind Clinics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting FBAs, developing individualized treatment plans, Supervising mid-tier Case Managers and Behavior Technicians.

Position Title: (BCBA)

Location: Indio, CA

Position type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Full Time: Hourly: $75.00 -$90.00

• Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
