Job summary

B Above Autism Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and customize ABA programs for children. The role offers part-time or full-time options, with hourly compensation ranging from $70 to $90 plus bonus opportunities.

You’ll work in a collaborative, supportive environment focused on high-quality care. The successful candidate will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, coordinate with families, and ensure ethical and regulatory compliance while advancing clinical

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and adjust goals based on client progress.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs through ongoing training and feedback.
