Job summary

ABC Services, an ABA provider focused on children with ASD and family support, seeks a BCBA to conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and mentor BCBA-Candidates in home and community settings.

The role is contract-1099, PER DIEM, with pay starting at $85 per hour. In-person position with potential for hybrid work; after-school hours and flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related human services field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst License.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst Credential.
• In person position with potential for hybrid.
• Provide direct 1:1 services and Parent Counseling and Training with clients in home.
• Malpractice Insurance.
• Experience with assessments such as Vineland, VB-MAPP, ATEC, etc.
• Excellent clinical judgement, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience developing and implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans for individuals with challenging behavior.
• Experience developing and implementing skill acquisition plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of Discrete Trial Training (DTT) programming and implementation.
• Knowledge of naturalistic ABA programming and implementation.
• Multilingual is a plus!
• Dedicated to building your own team of Behavior Technicians to mentor toward success on their cases.

Responsibilities

Achievement Behavior Care (ABC) Services is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency that connects quality ABA services to children with the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. Historically, we have served school aged students in the Northeast region of the US since 2015. Job Description:

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with ABC Services you will...

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs)

• Provide support to families, behavior technicians, and colleagues using effective, multi-tiered stakeholder communication

Requirements of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
