Job summary

The Center for Applied Behavior Analysis, LLC (CABA) in Fresno is seeking a BCBA to oversee 8-12 clients, supervise RBTs, and guide programming with data-driven decisions.

The role involves in-person work, caseload management, collaboration with schools and physicians, and opportunities for research and professional growth. A sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for 8-12 clients on average, with time built in for treatment integrity, data review, and supervision
• Support RBTs directly in-session, with a focus on skill-building, feedback, and collaboration
• Conduct assessments, guide programming, and make data-driven decisions without sacrificing clinical standards for speed
• Lead caregiver training and coordinate with schools, physicians, and other providers as needed
• Participate in peer reviews, mentorship opportunities, and, if desired, clinical research projects

You’ll have access to the BOSS® program (Behavioral Operational Support Specialists), providing real‑time, executive‑level clinical support for troubleshooting tough cases, collaborating on decisions, and helping you stay focused on what you do best. Caseloads are capped and built intentionally, not dumped.

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Base salary: $82,500 - 92,500/year, depending on experience
• Quarterly bonus structure for billing above 110 hours/month and above 120 hours/month -up to $2,000
• Professional Development Funds to maintain BACB certification
• Assigned a caseload of clinical hours (which may include appointments in the late afternoons, evenings, and possibly weekends as required).
• While there may be occasional opportunities for remote or hybrid work, the majority of this role will be in person to best meet client needs.

What You’ll Focus On

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA® certification
• Completion of the 8-hour supervision training
• 3+ years experience working with autism or related developmental diagnoses
• Comfort with adult clients and individuals with complex behavioral needs
• Experience with severe behaviors preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check
• Three professional and two personal references
