Job summary

The Center for Applied Behavior Analysis (CABA) is seeking a BCBA with clinical leadership to oversee a caseload of 8–12 clients. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, collaboration with RBTs, and caregiver training, with opportunities for research and publication.

Remote or hybrid options exist occasionally, but most work will be in person to meet client needs. Competitive base salary plus quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Completion of the 8-hour supervision training.
• 3+ years experience working with autism or related developmental diagnoses.
• Comfort with adult clients and individuals with complex behavioral needs.
• Experience with severe behaviors preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Three professional and two personal references.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for 8–12 clients on average, with time built in for treatment integrity, data review, and supervision.
• Support RBTs directly in-session, with a focus on skill-building, feedback, and collaboration.
• Conduct assessments, guide programming, and make data-driven decisions without sacrificing clinical standards for speed.
• Lead caregiver training and coordinate with schools, physicians, and other providers as needed.
• Participate in peer reviews, mentorship opportunities, and, if desired, clinical research projects.

You’ll have access to the BOSS program (Behavioral Operational Support Specialists), providing real-time, executive-level clinical support for troubleshooting tough cases, collaborating on decisions, and helping you stay focused on what you do best. Caseloads are capped and built intentionally, not dumped.
