Center for Applied Behavior Analysis (CABA) is led by a BCBA-certified team focused on ethical, client-centered care and robust clinical support for clinicians. The role emphasizes supervision, leadership, and collaboration with a dedicated leadership team.

The position offers a base salary of $82,500–$92,500/year with a sign-on bonus and a quarterly bonus structure, plus comprehensive benefits and a pathway for professional development and research involvement.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Completion of the 8-hour supervision training.
• 3+ years experience working with autism or related developmental diagnoses.
• Comfort with adult clients and individuals with complex behavioral needs.
• Experience with severe behaviors preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Three professional and two personal references.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for 8-12 clients on average, with time built in for treatment integrity, data review, and supervision.
• Support RBTs directly in-session, with a focus on skill-building, feedback, and collaboration.
• Conduct assessments, guide programming, and make data-driven decisions without sacrificing clinical standards for speed.
• Lead caregiver training and coordinate with schools, physicians, and other providers as needed.
• Participate in peer reviews, mentorship opportunities, and, if desired, clinical research projects.

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Base salary: $82,500 - 92,500/year, depending on experience
• Quarterly bonus structure for billing above 110 hours/month and above 120 hours/month -up to $2,000

• Assigned a caseload of clinical hours (which may include appointments in the late afternoons, evenings, and possibly weekends as required).
• While there may be occasional opportunities for remote or hybrid work, the majority of this role will be in person to best meet client needs.
