Job summary

Center for Applied Behavior Analysis (CABA) is looking for a BCBA to provide clinical oversight for a caseload of 8-12 clients, supervise RBTs in-session, and lead caregiver training while coordinating with schools and physicians. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and collaboration with a clinical leadership team.

Most work will be in person with potential opportunities for remote or hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• 3+ years experience with autism or related developmental diagnoses.
• Completion of the 8-hour supervision training preferred.

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Base salary: $82,500 - 92,500/year, depending on experience
• Quarterly bonus structure for billing above 110 hours/month and above 120 hours/month -up to $2,000
• Professional Development Funds to maintain BACB certification
• Assigned a caseload of clinical hours (which may include appointments in the late afternoons, evenings, and possibly weekends as required).
• While there may be occasional opportunities for remote or hybrid work, the majority of this role will be in person to best meet client needs.

• Support RBTs® directly in‑session, with a focus on skill-building, feedback, and collaboration
• Conduct assessments, guide programming, and make data‑driven decisions without sacrificing clinical standards for speed
• Lead caregiver training and coordinate with schools, physicians, and other providers as needed
• Participate in peer reviews, mentorship opportunities, and, if desired, clinical research projects

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA® certification
• Completion of the 8-hour supervision training
• 3+ years experience working with autism or related developmental diagnoses
• Comfort with adult clients and individuals with complex behavioral needs
• Experience with severe behaviors preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check
• Three professional and two personal references
