Seabright is partnering with a school district in Columbia, SC, seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026–2027 school year. The position is full-time, serving elementary through high school levels, with local contract pay between $43.94–$50.28 per hour.

Eligible clinicians may receive completion bonuses and referral bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits and 401K matching. Qualified applicants must be BCBA-certified or in process and authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of verifiable, professional BCBA experience within the last 3 years (may include residency or practicum).
• Valid BCBA credential/license or in process in state of practice.

• Schedule: Full Time
• Grade/Age Levels: Elementary School;High School;Kindergarten;Middle School;Pre-K
• Weekly Pay Range: $43.94 – $50.28 per hour on a local contract

QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
